Hailing from the small town of Bhadrawati, Maharashtra, Bhagyashree Tamgadge is a true testament to the power of perseverance and passion. A Computer Engineering graduate with an MBA in Human Resources, she has not only excelled academically but also made a remarkable mark in the world of beauty pageants.
Bhagyashree’s journey into pageantry began at the age of 26, a decision fueled by her lifelong dream of becoming a model. However, she strongly believed in her father’s advice—“Pehle kuch bano, fir apne sapne pure karo” . Following this wisdom, she focused on completing her education and building her career before stepping into the world of glamour.
In just two years, Bhagyashree has won five prestigious pageant titles:

Coming from a town where modeling is often misunderstood, she aims to change societal perceptions. She wants to inspire young girls in Bhadrawati to believe in themselves, to understand that their future is in their own hands, and to never give up on their dreams due to societal pressure. “People’s opinions should not define your destiny. What’s right or wrong depends on your choices, not on what others say,” she emphasizes.
