LOKMAT PRESENTS “JAWAN” - MEET AND GREET WITH MR. SHAHRUKH KHAN

Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility:

   The quiz contest ("Contest") is open to all individuals aged 18 years and above, except employees of Lokmat Media Pvt. Ltd. and their immediate family members. Participants must have a valid email address to participate in the Contest.

2. Contest Period:

   The Contest begins on [September 1, 2023] at [12:00 AM] and ends on [September 11, 2023] at [11:59 PM]. Entries received outside of this timeframe will not be considered.

3. Participation:

   To participate in the Contest, participants must complete the quiz available on the contest.lokmat.com. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.

4. Winner Selection:

   10 lukcy winners will be selected based on their correct answers to the quiz questions. The winners will be notified via email and/or Phone within [5 Days] after the Contest ends. In case a winner does not respond within [48 Hours], another winner will be chosen.

5. Prize:

   Each of the 10 winners will receive an exclusive opportunity to attend a “meet & greet” session with one and only Mr. Shahrukh Khan, the lead star of the movie "Jawaan."

   The details of the meet and greet event, including venue, date, time, guidelines, and any other specifics, will be communicated to the winners exclusively 48 hours before the event.

6. Responsibilities of Winners:

   It is the sole responsibility of the winners to arrange and bear the cost of their travel to and from the event venue. Lokmat Media Pvt Ltd or Movie promoters will not be held liable for any delays, disruptions, or expenses incurred by the winners in connection with their travel.

7. Guidelines for the Meet and Greet:

   Winners are required to carry a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a passport or Aadhar cad) for verification purposes at the event.

   Winners must adhere to all instructions and guidelines provided by event organizers for a smooth and enjoyable experience.

   Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate removal from the event premises.

   Photography, recording, or any form of audio-visual capture during the meet and greet session is strictly prohibited, unless otherwise specified by event organizers.

   Winners are encouraged to arrive at the venue well in advance of the scheduled time to ensure timely participation.

8. Publicity:

   By participating in the Contest, winners consent to Lokmat Media Pvt. Ltd. using their names, photographs, and any other details for promotional and marketing purposes without any compensation.

9. Liability:

   Lokmat Media Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or liability arising from or in connection with the participation in the Contest or attendance at the meet and greet event.

10. Disqualification:

    Lokmat Media Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activities.

11. Modifications and Termination:

    Lokmat Media Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Lokmat's decision will be final and binding.

12. Governing Law:

    The Contest and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Maharashtra. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Aurangabad.

By participating in the Contest, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
